We work across the entire DFW metroplex - Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Irving, Las Colinas, Addison, Richardson, Carrollton, Garland, Mesquite, Grand Prairie, Arlington, and Fort Worth. Each municipality runs its own plan-review process and we are familiar with the requirements across the metro.
Thermal expansion is a real engineering consideration when steel panels sit on a Dallas rooftop in August. We detail expansion joints at panel connections, specify hardware rated for high-heat environments, and design access doors that do not bind when the roof is at 160°F. This is standard in our Texas shop drawings.
Yes. North Texas commercial buildings commonly use brick, painted CMU, stucco, and EIFS in warm neutral tones. We powder coat in-house and can match your building's color palette or work from your spec. Send us the facade finish and we will coordinate the screen color.
Yes. Non-penetrating rooftop screen systems use ballasted or post-mounted bases that work with the existing roof membrane rather than cutting through it. This is a common request on reroof projects and on buildings where the roofing warranty does not allow new penetrations. We coordinate the engineering with your structural engineer of record.
Lead time depends on lineal footage, height, finish, and install scope. Share your roof plan and timeline early - the further out you bring us in, the more flexibility we have on fabrication scheduling. We do not publish a single lead time because every job is built to order.
